Shalom from the AriYael Jewish Healing Center,

Spring has arrived to Northern California in the form of wild Irises, Poppies and a myriad of other wildflowers. As we all know, Passover is coming, happening from April 12th-20th this year.

Manna Festival

Rabbi Dan and Zoë will be leading a Learning Circle at Manna Festival on April 19th called “Sacred Intimacy & The Journey to Liberation: A Passover Exploration.” Passover is a story of slavery and freedom, struggle and transformation—a journey that mirrors the path of sacred intimacy. Through Torah wisdom, archetypes, and the Exodus story, this workshop invites singles, couples, and all those in intimate relationships to explore the patterns that keep us stuck and discover pathways to greater love, trust, and liberation.

Please note that we have now closed registration for the Special Caregiver Support Group on Zoom for family caregivers led by Zoë Goldblatt. Are you still interested? Footnote

On the last Shabbat in March, Rabbi Dan and Zoë had the honor of leading the first Shabbat Morning Service for a new Jewish Renewal community forming in West Marin, called Mishkan Marin. About fifty people showed up to this inaugural Shabbat Morning service organized by Stacia Kenet and Nathaniel Lepp. Nathaniel Markman supported Rabbi Dan and Zoë with his lovely vocals and guitar playing skill. The week’s Torah portion included the dedication of the Mishkan, our people’s portable sanctuary created in the wilderness following the exodus from slavery in Egypt.

We appreciate the ongoing support of all those who contribute to the AriYael Jewish Healing Center. We continue to draw from Jewish wisdom in teaching how insights from end of life experiences can continue to enrich all of our lives.

As the Torah teaches us, “Death and Life are in the power of the tongue. And those who love it will eat its fruit.” (Proverbs 18:21).
